What we bake:

• Flaky Pie Crust

• Pumpkin pie

• Apple Pie Turnovers

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create a classic treat from scratch:

• Make flaky pie crust

• Make a delicious pumpkin puree for your pie filling

• Make Apple pie filling

• Assemble and bake pies

We’ll cover essential techniques like proper mixing methods, achieving the perfect texture, and simple ways to elevate your presentation so your desserts look just as good as they taste.

What to expect upon arrival:

You will be working in partners or small groups of 4. Classes are small and intimate with a min of 2 guest and a max of 8. All ingredients & tools are provided along with recipe packet and aprons!

Classes run anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hours depending on class flow.

All classes are BYOB :) Must be 21+
