In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create a classic treat from scratch:
Make flaky pie crust
Make a delicious apple cinnamon filling for your pie
Learn to shape and create with crust
Assemble and bake pies
We’ll cover essential techniques like proper mixing methods, achieving the perfect texture, and simple ways to elevate your presentation so your desserts look just as good as they taste.
What to expect upon arrival:
You will be working in partners or small groups of 3. Classes are small and intimate with a min of 2 guest and a max of 8. All ingredients & tools are provided along with recipe packet and aprons!
Classes run anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hours depending on class flow.
Class age minimum is 10- Each person attending the class will need to purchase a ticket.
All classes are BYOB :) Must be 21+
