We’ll cover essential techniques like proper mixing methods, achieving the perfect texture, and simple ways to elevate your presentation so your desserts look just as good as they taste.
What to expect upon arrival:
You will be working in partners or small groups of 4. Classes are small and intimate with a min of 2 guest and a max of 12. All ingredients & tools are provided along with recipe packet and aprons!
