Hands on baking classes 

What we bake:

• Chocolate Chip Cookies

• Fudge Brownies

• Mini Chocolate Mousse Tarts

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create three stunning treats from scratch:

• Learn how to create soft gooey cookies with a crisp edge

• Build buttery tart shells

• Make rich chocolate mousse from scratch

• Bake and EAT delicious fudge brownies

We’ll cover essential techniques like proper mixing methods, achieving the perfect texture, and simple ways to elevate your presentation so your desserts look just as good as they taste.

What to expect upon arrival:

You will be working in partners or small groups of 4. Classes are small and intimate with a min of 2 guest and a max of 10. All ingredients & tools are provided along with recipe packet and aprons!

Classes run anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hours depending on class flow.

All classes are BYOB :) Must be 21+
