Meet the heart behind the rolling pin:
Hi there! My name is Adriana Villegas, and I’m a 25-year-old self-taught baker born and raised in the heart of Dallas, Texas. My love for baking started in my own kitchen, where I’d spend hours experimenting with flavors, textures, and techniques—always chasing that feeling of creating something special from scratch. About five years ago, I really began pouring my heart into it, and not long after, I took a leap of faith and started my own bakery business. It’s been an incredible journey filled with late nights, sweet successes, and a whole lot of learning along the way.
Baking has always been more than just making treats for me—it’s about bringing people together, the connection, creativity, and comfort. I’ll be sharing some of my favorite tried-and-true recipes—the kind that bring people closer, spark conversation, and make a house feel like home.
Fun fact: Hosting has always come naturally to me, so starting baking classes felt like the perfect way to combine all the things I love: sharing good food, creating memorable experiences, and building a community. I recently earned the title of pastry chef and started teaching classes, and let me tell you—I’ve completely fallen in love with it. There’s something about watching someone roll out their first dough or bake their first bread. I want my classes to feel warm, welcoming, and full of love, like baking at a grandma’s house.
These classes are more than just learning how to bake—they’re about slowing down, having fun, and making something beautiful with your own two hands.
I can’t wait to bake with you and share my passion—one batch at a time.
